I hereby recognise and accept all the expenses as well as any damage that may be caused to the facilities which have been recorded at my departure.
I also accept any extra charge for cleaning when the apartment is left in conditions that would require a more thorough cleaning than normal. In the end, I note that the structure has an internal regulation that must be respected, under penalty of an extra charge of € 50.00. I authorise to debit my credit card.
I take full responsibility for using the pool in hours and off-hours. I raise from any and all liability the Resort for any accidents arising out of its use.

I also intend to use the ‘’ Priority Check-out ’’ service and authorize the structure to charge the amount of all expenses incurred during the stay and not paid on the credit card indicated at the time of booking. In this way it will be possible for me to leave the hotel without carrying out the check-out procedures.
