I authorize the property to charge me for the amount of my stay the day before arrival via the credit card entered during online check-in in the event of arrival outside of office hours.
I hereby recognise and accept all the expenses as well as any damage that may be caused to the facilities which have been recorded at my departure.
I also accept any extra charge for cleaning when the apartment is left in conditions that would require a more thorough cleaning than normal. In the end, I note that the structure has an regulation that must be respected, under penalty of an extra charge of € 50.00.
I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY LEAVING LIGHTS ON AT NIGHT I AUTHORIZE THE PROPERTY TO CHARGE AN AMOUNT OF €20.00 PER NIGHT FOR EXTRA CONSUMPTION FROM NORMAL USE.
I authorise to debit my credit card.
I take full responsibility for using the pool in hours and off-hours. I raise from any and all liability the Resort for any accidents arising out of its use.
I also intend to use the ‘’ Priority Check-out ’’ service and authorize the structure to charge the amount of all expenses incurred during the stay and not paid on the credit card indicated at the time of booking. In this way it will be possible for me to leave the hotel without carrying out the check-out procedures.
